He holds a master’s degree and brings extensive professional experience in tourism management, cross-cultural communication, Korean-language interpretation, and travel services.

Professionally, Mr. Paudel has worked closely with Korean visitors as a trusted tour guide, language interpreter, and travel entrepreneur. Through his expertise, professionalism, and deep knowledge of Nepal’s cultural heritage, natural attractions, and diverse communities, he has contributed significantly to strengthening Nepal’s tourism sector and fostering mutual understanding between Nepal and the Republic of Korea. Beyond his professional career, Mr. Paudel is deeply committed to social service. He has consistently supported initiatives aimed at improving the lives of poor, vulnerable, at-risk, and marginalised communities through the Concern Center for Rural Youth (CCFRY), Nepal.
