Purushottam Gnawali is a Development Professional having more than 7 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sector, he is currently engaged with us as an expert Planning Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Implementation and so on. Currently he is involved in the assignment of German International Development Cooperation Agency (GIZ) as Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant. He is primarily responsible in planning, implementation and monitoring of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (IN-MAPs) Promotion Project. Similarly he has plenty of experience of working with Action Contre La Faim (ACF) International, Winrock International, World Food Programme, UN Women, EU, SDC, Government of Nepal, Scott Wilson Nepal and NGOs.
His responsibility was to provide supervisory and managerial support to the implementing partner and ensuring effective communication and coordination with government agencies, local partner and other district stakeholders for smooth project implementation. He has further experience to lead and carry out third party monitoring, mid-term reviews, impact assessments and baseline/ end-line surveys through extensive usage of quantitative and qualitative data collection tools and software.
His solid experience in project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, research, coordination, facilitation and effective liaison skills- from government agencies and implementing partners to beneficiaries at the local level, as demonstrated in various assignments - he would be an added advantage for our organization.
